The service
EasyPoolCRM provides cloud-based software for pool and spa service businesses, including features described on our website and in your subscription plan. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice when practical.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — for example, by attempting to access non-public systems, interfere with other users, upload malware, or use the service in violation of law. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Fees & payment
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and billing cycle you select. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as we expressly agree in writing. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of these terms or the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars if you have not paid fees. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
